High purity mica powder is produced by a grinding, crushing, and shearing technique without changing any property. During the whole production, we adopt total enclosed filling system to make sure the product quality and meet the requirement of environmental protection. The screening process uses patent technique ensuring the stability of quality and well-distributed particle, so we can guarantee the quality for the customers’ higher purpose. Our products have better insulating property, heat-resistance, acid & alkali-resistance as well as lower heat expansion coefficient. Particles are different according to different application, and mainly divided into four grades: coarse, medium, fine, superfine .8~20 mesh is mainly used for building materials, playing an important part in water-proof, fire-proof, heat preservation, heat insulation and decoration. 40~60 mesh is well used for filler to improve the product usability. 60~120 mesh is available for paint admixture, filler, covering agent and rubber lubricant, plastic filler. Moreover, it is also the basic materials of mica ceramics. 200~325 mesh is widely used for pearl pigment. Mica powder can be used for oil well drilling, coating for pouring casting, polishing paste for aluminum product, coating for electro galvanized tank,cosmetics filler, antifreeze additive and antisun additive, and the suspending agent of dry powder fire extinguisher.

Wet Ground Mica Powder Series

Wet ground mica powder uses good quality mica material, in a manufacturing process with washing, refining, dipping, grinding and crashing, cold-drying, screening, and become a kind of good quality filler. Its unique manufacturing technique retains the mica flake's structure, redius-thickness ratio,higher index of refraction,higher purity,higher whiteness, higher luster, lower sand and iron content, etc. The performance of wet ground mica powder highly improves mica’s application in resin and plastics (for example: engineering plastics, PPR pipe), paint (corrosion protection), rubber, lubricant, etc., improving the product performance and reducing the cost.
