Fire Proof Fabric


This fabric has many good properties: high temperature resistance, low volume weight, thermal shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance (not including hydrofluoric acid, head phosphoric acid, alkali), easy to be constructed. It is widely used in heat insultation, keeping warm, sealing, fire protection, brake, fire resistance, energy saving, labor insurance.

Silicone Rubber Coating Fiberglass Cloth

Silicone rubber coating fiberglass cloth possesses the properties of temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high strength and made by rolling or impregnation into organic silicone rubber. This composite material develops very quickly and increases by 15% each year in developed countries in recent years. It is widely used in construction, electric insulation, tube flexible joint, anti-corrosion in chemical industry and sealing.

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth

PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is a product made from alkali-free fiberglass cloth impregnated into suspended PTFE emulsion. It is a new composite material, which possesses high properties and many uses.

It can be used from -196°C to 300°C. Other main properties are: corrosion of strong acid and alkali, and organic liquid resistance, low friction coefficient, light transmissivity from 6% to 13%, excellent weatherability used in outdoors for 20 years.

PTFE coating fiberglass fabric is widely used with excellent performance in the fields of aviation, electronics, food, medicine, clothing and it is also used in anti-corrosion clad, inner liner and pad, adhesive resistance conveyer belt, high frequency copper-clad laminates, architectural membrane, insulation material, microwave drying-conveyor belt, flexible compensatory, friction material, etc.

High Silica Fabric


High-silica (S-Glass) fiberglass is a kind of high-temperature resistant inorganic fiber that contains more than 96% of SiO2 with soft point 1700°C. It will keep good state when work at 800°C for long time, 1450°C for 10 minutes and 1600°C for 15 seconds. So it can be used as antiablator and heat insulating material in aerospace industry, dust collect material in high temperature gas, liquid filter and melting metal filter.

High Silica Fiberglass Casting Filter


This product is treated by high temperature resistant paint to form rigidly sheet, used for melting metalfilter in casting of Aluminum, grey cast iron, ductile cast iron and steel.

There are two types of filter mesh:

  1. XR-1, leno weaving (XR-1a is light style, XR-1b is heavy style) is suitable for grey cast iron and ductile cast iron.
  2. XR-2, mock leno weaving, is suitable for small scale cast steel.
