Fiberglass includes continuous fiberglass, special fiberglass. It is a kind of inorganic non-metallic material with many excellent properties. Its properties are designable through changing the chemical composition of glass.

The ideal substitute for metals, woods and concrete. Besides of E-glass, C-glass is specially designed as reinforcing material in China, Which cost is lower than E-glass, because it doesn’t contain B2O3. The chemical composition of E-glass and C-glass are compared as below.

Due to good tensile strength, light weight and fire-resistance, fiberglass is widely used in construction industry. The main products are Alkali-resistant Mesh Fabric, Self-adhesive Joint Tape, Wall Fabric. AR Fiberglass is specially designed for reinforcing cement.
Only E-glass is suitable for making insulation material. The main products are fabrics, tapes and sleevings.

Chopped strands are used as reinforcements in thermoplastic and thermoset molding compounds to produce molded parts for electrical, mechanical and chemical resistant applications in transportation, electrical appliances, business machines, farm equipment and electrical utility and construction.

20 kgs or 25 kgs is packed in plastic bags. 45, 40, 36 or 32 bags are packed in a jumbo bag, which is placed on the pallet. A vertical FRP tube reinforces the four corners of the pallet. 20 pallets are loaded in 20’ container, total net weight is 16,000 to 18,000 kgs.
Woven roving is a fabric made by interweaving roving and is used mainly for hand lay-up of large, high strength FRP products such as boats, rolling stock, tanks and architectural structures.

This mat is made of fiberglass strand or roving which is chopped into 50mm lengths and distributed on a mat machine uniformly and continuously. The range of applications include: FRP pane, yacht, bathtub, tank and plats by hand layering process.

Alkali-resistant (AR) fiberglass is the base material used to make Fiberglass Reinforced Cement (GRC), which has been widely used in the building industry as board, corrugated proofing sheet, division panel, internal and external insulation panel, decorative panel, dust panel, cable box, granary, channel drainage and garden furntiure, artistic sculpture, etc.
This roving is used for spray up or mechanical continuous forming GRC.

Each bobbin (about 18kg) is packed in a polythene bag. 48 bobbins are packed in a carton. The assembly is wrapped onto the pallet and protected by a shrink-wrap film. A vertical FRP tube reinforces the 4 corners of the pallet. 20 pallets are loaded in 20’ container, total net weight is about 17,500 kgs.

This fabric is coated by acrylic acid copolymer liguid, and possesses the improved properties of water-resistance, alkali-resistance, fleibility, softness and aging resistance. It is widely used for roof water-proofing, natural marble, plaster board, artificial stone material, etc.
