Aluminosilicate Ceramic Fiber (ACF) Products

Aluminosilicate Ceramic Fiber is our factory's newly developed heat insulation and refractory material. Its main composition is a kind of inorganic mineral, which has a long fiber crystal. This kind of mineral is very stable in high temperature and not harmful to human health. Therefore, Aluminosilicate Ceramic Fiber is being used as a ideal substitute of asbestos in insulating and sealing applications.

By spinning and weaving ceramic fiber through a special technological process, Ceramic Fiber can be made into Ceramic Fiber Yarn, Ceramic Fiber Cloth, Ceramic Fiber Rope(Packing), Ceramic Fiber Board, and so forth.

Ceramic Fiber products have the properties of light weight, good heat insulation, non-poisonous etc.. They are resistant to high temperature and thermal shock, and also resistant to acid, alkali and other chemicals.

Ceramic Fiber products can be used as refractory materials for heat insulation, or fluid sealing. They can be applied in furnaces, valves, pipelines and many other facilities. The application fields may include metallurgical industry, chemical industry, mechanical industry, petro-industry, marine industry, etc..
